We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to join our Rhodes team. In this role, you’ll support our Rehabilitation Consultants and colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with report writing and documentation
- Manage client files and records
- Coordinate aid and equipment purchases
- Liaise with external stakeholders and healthcare providers
- Request and follow up on medical documentation
- Provide project administration support
- Contribute to general office and team tasks
About You
You’re organised, curious, and eager to learn, with:
- Experience in administration or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Initiative and confidence to work independently
- A friendly, team-first approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or willingness to learn)
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Currently studying, or working towards a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Exercise Physiology
