Exercise Right Week is upon us again! In 2020, the theme is “Movement is Medicine” and now more than ever, physical activity is so important for your physical and mental health.
Over half of Australians aren’t getting the recommended amount of physical activity and 1 in 2 are living with at least one chronic condition. 45% of Australians will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime.
Movement is medicine, and exercise has shown to reduce the risk of these chronic conditions, and reduces the risk of mental illness.
